Overnight flight from New York
Evening departure from JFK or Newark to Geneva. Dinner on board, a few hours of sleep, and you wake up over the Alps.

Land in Geneva, drive up to 2,300 m
Your driver meets you at arrivals. Three scenic hours later you check into the highest ski resort in Europe. Pass and lift map at the front desk; gear fitted in the hotel ski room. Early dinner, early night.
- Days 3–5
Ski Val Thorens and the Belleville valley
Glacier runs, wide sunny boulevards, and the resort at your door. Skis on at 9:00, mountain-hut lunch at altitude, pool or sauna before dinner. Jet lag works in your favor — you will be first on the lifts.

The big traverse: Méribel & Courchevel
Cross the full Trois Vallées and back in a day — the kind of distance no US resort can offer. Our 3D maps keep the route honest so you make the last lift home.

Your mountains, your pace
Chase the powder from midweek snowfall, book a guide for the famous off-piste, or ski a half day and give the afternoon to the spa and the sun terraces.

Batch buying, direct relationships, and no ticket windows
Alpine lift companies, unlike their US counterparts, work with organized buyers: the Les 3 Vallées operator sells passes in batches to groups through its sales office, hotels hold half-board allotments for operators who fill them every season, and transfer companies price by the coach, not the seat. We aggregate our travelers into exactly those channels.

Why Val Thorens and not a US resort?
Scale and price. Les 3 Vallées is about 600 km of connected pistes — several times the size of the biggest US resorts — and a 6-day pass costs roughly $450, less than two peak days at the Vail ticket window. At 2,300 m, Val Thorens is also among the most snow-sure resorts in the Alps from November to May.
What does "from $4,490" actually include?
Everything listed above: round-trip flights from New York, both airport transfers, 7 nights half-board, the 6-day Les 3 Vallées pass, and full insurance including on-piste rescue. The from-price applies to January and March departures in a shared double room; February holiday weeks and solo rooms are quoted individually.
How does the batch ski-pass buying work?
The Les 3 Vallées lift company sells passes to organized groups through its sales office, and we buy our travelers' passes in batches directly with them. You skip the ticket-window entirely — your pass is an envelope with your name on it at hotel check-in.
I don't speak French. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Val Thorens is one of the most international resorts in the Alps — hotel staff, ski schools, and lift personnel work in English all season, and ESF has dedicated English-speaking instructors.
Can non-skiers or a mixed group join?
Yes. Partners who don't ski take our Alpine Retreat version of the same week — same hotel, no pass — and families get family-pass pricing on a dedicated package. Groups of 8+ get group rates.
